We're Talking Notre Dame and UCLA

We had two terrific guests on "Sports Overnight America" on the Sports Byline USA Radio Network Sunday night/Monday morning. John Walters of NBCSports.com joined us for two hours and we talked Notre Dame football. The Fighting Irish have lost an NCAA record nine bowl games in a row, and many of the losses have not been close. With Notre Dame facing a brutal schedule and expected to take its lumps this fall, does this mean the luster is coming off the program? This interview is divided into two files. The first file, which is in 34:53 length, can be downloaded by clicking here. The second file, which is 38:02 in length, can be downloaded by clicking here.

Chris Foster, who covers UCLA for the Los Angeles Times, joined us in the last hour. Karl Dorrell's team returns 20 starters and expectations are high in Westwood. Are these Bruins headed to a BCS bowl, and if not, what does it mean to the future of the program? Chris also talked about the Pacific 10 race, and you can listen to this interview, which is 31:16 in length, by clicking here.
